# Terms of Use — HOD Claude Integrator

HOD Claude Integrator ("the Application") is an internal software tool built and

operated by HOUSE OF DIGBY Inc. ("HOUSE OF DIGBY", "we", "us") for its own

business use.

## 1. Who may use it

The Application is not offered to the public, is not sold or licensed to any

third party, and is not listed on any application marketplace. Access is limited

to employees and authorised contractors of HOUSE OF DIGBY Inc. acting in the

course of their work.

## 2. What it does

The Application reads accounting records from HOUSE OF DIGBY's own QuickBooks

Online company — supplier bills, purchase orders, vendor records and related

transaction detail — and compares them against internal shipping and cost

records. It produces internal management reports identifying differences between

expected and actual landed costs.

## 3. What it does not do

The Application does not write to, modify or delete any record in QuickBooks

Online. It does not process payments. It does not access any QuickBooks company

other than those belonging to HOUSE OF DIGBY Inc. and its affiliates.

## 4. No warranty

The Application is provided to its internal users as-is, for internal

informational purposes. Its output is a management aid and is not a financial

statement, an audit, or accounting advice. HOUSE OF DIGBY's books and records as

maintained in QuickBooks Online remain the authoritative source.

## 5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw the Application at any time without notice.

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version.

## 6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal

laws of Canada applicable therein.
